We are just leaving this wonderful hotel after spending 10 relaxing days. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a great sea view. We were never short of food choices and plenty of lovely cocktails. The pool area is lovely too. A big shout out to the animation team especially Christian and Norellia. Never pushing you to join in with the games but we loved the “cocktail” game! The staff are warm and friendly and so helpful. The buses are great cheap, regular and go to either Puerto Rico or Mogan so plenty to do. Would also recommend the Panoramic Tour of the Island. We are definitely coming back next February for my birthday. Thank you.

Lacked decent entertainment as with all Labranda hotels weve visited, however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay The hotel is efficiently run and meticulously clean, all staff are friendly, the room was spotless and cleaned everyday The food is first class, there is something for everyone here at Labranda The daytime bar serves drinks and snacks which we used on an al inclusive basis Nothing to much trouble for the staff and a big shout out to Ina the receptionist and her colleagues for their help and support No problem in returning here despite the lack of nightly entertainment as we visited 2 bars within 100yds namely 19th Tee and The Old Brogue which served a pint of Guinness and had great singer/ guitarist

Amazing hotel. Great reception team, very helpful and accommodating. Great views from the pool area, good quality of drinks and food. Very clean restaurant and pool area. Great food freshly prepared. Would highly recommend to families, couples and solo travellers.

Labranda Costa Mogan was a true oasis. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had what we needed. The buffet was very well stocked and had a chilled atmosphere. And the pool area was just a 2 minute walk to the beach. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks so much for the wonderful stay 🙏

My sister booked the holiday for me and my parents. Lovely hotel design and modern. However, we had a few problems with the shower and the aircon not working, asked to get this fixed and they sent an engineer up straight away. The pool bar is only open till 6pm and the snacks are sandwiches and fruit bowl until 3pm and then hot dogs and chips at 3pm till 4. The breakfast is very nice, lunch and dinner was abit disappointing, the same food on and was abit bland. I had what to believe is chicken and it was raw all the way through and then my sister has it for dinner and it was raw. We made staff aware of this. Some staff were very friendly and very energetic, however a selected few were moody. We have been to a Labranda in Lanzarote and Morocco and they were much better than this. Overall, the hotel was very clean and very quick to clear your plates. Worth a try but we would not visit there again as the chicken was not cooked.

We were a party of 10 ladies. Aged late teens, 20's, 50's and 60's. Family & Friends. Arrival, check in, early availability was smooth, easy and timely. Staff were friendly, efficient and caring. ( remembering members of our party birthday's) Entertainment staff were great fun and there was a selection of entertainment during the day. Yoga, water aerobics, competitions and music. The evening brought singers, a little karaoke and even an acrobatic show. Food, fantastic selection of hot, cold, freshly cooked, condiments. This was the same standard from breakfast through lunch and dinner. Food at poolside bar, again a geat selection. Drinks selection and quality, exceptional. Rooms, I think you know what I'm going to say. Clean, large, all amenities etc. Will we be back, DEFINITELY. THANK YOU so much for the experience of your hotel and team. If only other hotels had the same standard. Again thank you.

Just came back from a weeks holiday here. We had the most amazing time the hotel was very clean and looked after, could not fault the food so many options and the animation team were so friendly! The only thing letting it down was the evening entertainment it didnt start till 21:30 and there was only a couple of good perfomances but other than that we cannot wait to come back was an amazing holiday!

My wife and I came here for 12 nights for our honeymoon, upon arrival and checking in we had a bottle of Champagne, chocolates and a congratulations card placed in the room which was a really nice touch. The room was spotless and had everything you needed in it, facilities in the hotel were also great. One of the receptionist called us over a few days in and offered us a upgrade to room with a hot tub due to availability for a discounted price, while we did not chose to take this again we really appreciated the gesture. Food was fantastic we were all inclusive and the never got bored of the selection and the self services drinks (especially the beer) was a great touch. Animation team were also a credit to the hotel all very friendly, always saw them around even when they were off duty and they would still come up to you for a chat. Main shoutout goes to the staff though they really make the place special, they are extremely attentive without being intrusive, incredibly friendly and always happy to help. Cleaning staff worked extremely hard always saw them at all hours and they would always greet you with a smile. The staff really are a credit to the hotel and should be incredibly proud of the job they do.

The hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. 2 ladies travelling together felt safe and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are large and of a high standard of decor and cleanliness. The pool area was spotless and always a sunbed available. The entertainment was predominately for the French clientele however the entertainers included everyone around the pool if they wanted to join in. The pool was a good size but no shallow end. The food in the buffet was excellent, lots of choice especially the salads. A different theme each day. The staff cleaned and cleared the tables quickly. Always a table available. We didn’t try the a La carte restaurant. I have never stayed in a hotel so clean and well presented. The maintenance and housekeeping teams were seen working through the day. The area is quiet which is just what we wanted but well serviced by local busses to nearby towns. I would highly recommend this hotel.
