Very fine old building in a very convenient location in Trina and near Vegueta. So far we have not tried the breakfast but it looked fine and other guests we talked with were pleased with it. Big room, Big comfortable bed. Two televisions ! Unfortunately only English language channels were Al Jazeera and Bloomberg. But we are not on holiday to watch t.v. One small irritation was that after the first night there is a charge for additional tea bags/coffee/water. At €230 per night for the room I think these should be included in the price.

Staying in las palmas for one night whilst on holiday in Masapalomas. Arrived at this hotel early and luggage taken care of whilst we explored the town. Check in very efficient and friendly staff. Room stunning , very comfortable and modern. Hidden gem is the rooftop bar , lovely staff and ambiance very chilled. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel

Stayed in a superior room, and it was just gorgeous. Super friendly staff as well. Truly a hidden gem. The only negative is as other reviewers have mentioned the somewhat limited breakfast. We’ll gladly stay here again, but will probably find a local café for breakfast instead.

A sympathetically concerted ancient building in the old town area of Triana in Las Palmas. High spec fittings, modern lighting systems. Our deluxe room, like many old town properties, did not have views from the windows & the rooms were a bit dark, but there was plenty of lighting. Excellent shower, quality toiletries, coffee pods, etc. Excellent service at reception. The rooftop bar was good but open to non residents, too & mostly reserved for non residents gatherings which was a bit disappointing. There is no bar at all Sundays & Mondays; ditto evening food. Indeed no evening restaurant at all, but being located in town was ok, though many eateries also close Sunday and Mondays, so recommend you arrive Tuesday if you don't want a bit of a restricted choice of dining in the area. Breakfasts at the hotel were fine, predominantly continental & the offering didn't vary one jot the whole time we were there, so if you have a stay longer than a few nights you may get a little bored of the unvarying self-service menu.

Lovely rooftop terrace. Breakfast room small and crowded. Our room was across a narrow street from a school. VERY noisy!

Historical building beautifully renovated . Close to all u need and bus terminal San Thelmo where buses go all over island . Rooms are comfortable and good breakfast . A big thank you to George on réception who was friendly, welcoming and helpful . Las Palmas is beautiful with lots to visit as well as good restaurants and has a real Spanish vibe .

Lovely small hotel in centre of old town. Staff friendly and helpful and location perfect for exploring.

My husband and I stayed here last week and were bowled over by Claudia’s helpfulness, kindness and patience. She was a dream, an angel, who stood over me for over an hour as I tackled the infamous Passenger Locator Forms 🙏🙏🙏🙏 She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. A huge thank you Claudia 😊 The hotel is small and intimate, a little bijou in the heart of the city. Only negative was the coffee and the fact that they don’t have a kitchen, so breakfast was limited. We enjoyed a drink and a takeaway pizza in the Rooftop beer garden . Service here was also very Cordial. A well named hotel

We were impressed by the quality of the furnishings, decor and public areas of this hotel, it definitely felt four star. The reception staff are helpful and speak several languages, the location is excellent in the old town but near the main pedestrianised shopping street and the bus stations. It was quiet with no traffic passing our side of the hotel.
