Awful , No water on day 1 Day 2 - no cleaning of room , no toilet paper in bathroom Spiders on bed Loud noise from generator all night. And the weirdest thing when I look out of the window I can see a view of someone else's room ....what the heck

Poor lighting since no window to outside. Furniture was worn. Wish making coffee was simpler. Otherwise we appreciated the lift, the shower was great, bed comfortable and there were enough outlets except bathroom. Good WIFI and wonderful staff throughout our stay

My stay was terrible as the advert was false. I was supposed to have a room with balcony and was given a room where the bedroom window opened up directly to the dining room and got woken up by people having breakfast and talking loud. Room 105!!!! Complained to the owner and wasn’t interested in the slightest. At 90€ a night and not being able to rest is extremely high.

Great location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable room although bathroom very small and difficult to manoeuvre around. Basic continental Breakfast served to your room. Parking available in underground car park just down the road. Alhambra not far from hostel - 25 minute walk (up hill) and centre about a 20 minute walk along the river.

Clean and spacious. The complex looks as though it is in the process of being renovated from a large house or block of apartments. The style is modern minimalist. Breakfast was self serve and basic, enjoyed on an enclosed terrace. I would happily return and recommend.

L’esperienza non è stata piacevole: la reception è aperta fino alle cinque del pomeriggio e quindi ci si deve arrangiare dopo quell’ora per fare il check-in. L’ascensore non siamo riusciti a prenderlo. Le stanze sono minimali, senza armadi, con asciugamani vecchi e lisi, pavimento rotto in vari punti. In particolare la nostra stanza è risultata molto rumorosa per la presenza di motori dell’aria condizionata sotto la finestra. In più il personale con il quale abbiamo avuto contatti solo con whatsapp è stato scortese. Insomma… non lo consiglierei.
