Honestly, we'd never stayed in a hotel quite like this before; we really liked how 'modern' it was. The bathroom had the typical Japanese toilet with water jets, and the sink had a pressure and temperature regulator for the water. Plus, the shower offered two types of shampoo: one vegan and one anti-dandruff/anti-hair loss, two types of shower gel: one for sensitive skin and a melon-scented one, and a conditioner. In the room, there's a large Smart TV, white LED lights, and warm overhead lighting. What's more, the hotel has a gaming area, as shown in the photos, with a PS1 arcade for a touch of nostalgia, a PS5, two gaming-style computers, and a racing wheel setup for games that require it (though we didn't really check out what games they had). It's great for those traveling with kids or anyone who wants to enjoy it while visiting Granada. We absolutely loved the hotel, both for its cleanliness and its modern amenities. We'll definitely be back!

Hi the behaviour of the empties was terrible. They robbed our things most important was a laptop of my daughter. They were not cooperating . Finally I called the police . Then they recovered some things but not Laptop. They were hiding a suspicious person. Finally we put FIR. I need to talk by person with some one of responsible people of this application. I am in trauma

The capsule was claustrophobic. Had almost everything but was missing some shelves. Hard to get out of it. No cutlery!!! No mugs and small plates. Some people smoked in the dining area!’n . I did not enjoy my stay much.

Great concept, good for photos. BUT our capsule no 7 was defective: the door was no locking, the key card holder was taped and so there was no good connection for electricity, and AC in the capsule was not working either. We had to sleep with the door open in order to be able to breath. The door in the room is unlocked and everyone could enter. The patio is right next to the room, so there is a lot ot noise. People drinking until late and no one from the staff around to supervise. At around 2.30,drunk people entered in the room, a man started shouting and hitting a woman in the face, more people were involved and finally somebody called the police. We felt super unsafe, especially without having the possibility to lock our capsule door. Wouldn't go back.

Excellent experience at Futurotel, unbeatable value for money. The facilities are great and there's even a spa! Competent staff. I don't understand the bad reviews.

Impeccable service. I don't understand why guests give such poor reviews when they see such high-quality service, such great privacy, 24/7 support, and so many different areas of the hotel to enjoy for free. Not to mention the excellent location, right in the center of Granada, within walking distance of everything. Without a doubt, if we return to Granada, it will be our choice without a second thought.
