The bed was a little hard and difficult to sleep on, but other than that I had no problems staying there for two nights. The receptionist was especially kind and I was able to ask for recommendations on places to visit in Granada. Regarding the lighting in the common areas, as you can see from the photos, it was a little dark, so I hope they can improve it in the future.

They forcibly downgraded my room for the last night I booked, and no matter how I called or emailed them, they wouldn't agree. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. For four nights, there was neither Wi-Fi nor mobile data in the room; it was incredibly frustrating. When I returned at 9 PM, the front desk was already closed, and there was still no one there at 10 AM the next morning.

I decided on this hotel on a budget, so I didn't have high expectations, but the interior, cleanliness, and facilities were better than I expected and I had a very comfortable stay. I was confused about where to put my clothes when showering, but compared to hostels, just having a private shower is very convenient. Thank you. The posters in the room were playful and interesting.
