Hotel facilities are quite good. Service staff is nice. Although there are few steps to go to the lift lobby but their staff are inititative to help. Bed is comfortable so we can slept well. Great location and it is not far away to walk to the old town and train station.

The hotel is located outside the restricted traffic zone and has its own parking facilities. As we arrived on Sunday, the front desk informed us that we could park for free in the designated blue zone next to the hotel until 9 AM on Monday morning. Breakfast offered a wide variety.

Good hotel with excellent service. Location is a bit far from the city centre. Room had a slight musty smell. Overall a solid stay, though not quite as impressive as the Hotel Giralda in Seville.

The hotel is within walking distance of both the city center and the Alhambra. As soon as we arrived, staff were there to help with our luggage. Being a 4-star hotel, it also offered a good sense of security.
