Facilities: The sink drain was constantly clogged. Cleanliness: Generally quite clean. Service: Housekeeping was very prompt with cleaning. Environment: Overall, it was quite good. It felt like it was located in a residential area, and you could walk everywhere, which was very convenient.

The hotel is close to the metro station, which is convenient for catching trains, but it's still a bit far from the main tourist attractions, making getting around a bit inconvenient. However, the hotel price is reasonable, so from a value-for-money perspective, it's acceptable. The tapas restaurant opposite the hotel is delicious and offers free wine delivery, which is a nice touch. I recommend taking a taxi to the Alhambra from the hotel; it costs 5 to 8 euros each way, saving you a strenuous uphill and downhill walk. The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, but it's very clean. Breakfast offers a good variety of fresh food. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, but if you plan to be out and about most of the time, it's a viable option.

The room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness and service met our expectations. Especially coming from Madrid, what more could you ask for from a 4-star triple room at this price point?

The hotel exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly spacious and airy, with a great surrounding area. Eating breakfast and dinner right next to the hotel was super convenient, and there were several supermarkets nearby. We even had the most delicious seafood right across the street. The hotel is also within walking distance to the city center, which is very handy. The staff were all excellent!

The room has enough space for couple and a child. Cleanliness is good. The location is good. we walked to science museum and also city center. There was no noise even for weekend. Breakfast was the best. There were lots of different things and the best thing is having a mini fridge for juices and waters. There were 3 coffee machines.

The hotel is very well located, I go there every now and then, and it's comfortable with friendly staff. The room cleanliness isn't its strong suit and could be improved.

Traveling with family and friends, we had six people in total, each group staying in a triple room. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathrooms were excellent. The hotel's surroundings were quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay... A highly recommended place to stay.

The rooms are a bit dated, but the facilities and cleanliness are pretty good. Located by the road with many restaurants and small shops nearby, it can get a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings.

The location is great. Around 15 mins casual walk to the centre tourist area.  The staff are really nice and helpful.  But the bath water is not hot enough and the hair dryer is not good enough to dry my long hair fast. Still good to stay for a short trip.

The room is clean. Hotel is at good location. Next to several restaurants. Front desk people are very helpful.
