Hotel Abades Nevada Palace Reviews

The hotel has a 24 hour check in which is great for those who are arriving late, it’s close to the sports area of Granada and to the shopping Mall Nevada.  The hotel furniture is dated and needs refurbishing, one lift was not working on my trip which meant you has to walk to the opposite side of the hotel to use a lift.   The cafe was not open during my visit. There’s vending machines available to purchase snacks or coffee. No kettle provided in the room and water and juice in the fridge are charged.  The hotel although dated is convenient and probably good for business travelers  I no loved the design of the hotel, it is circular and easy to navigate. The lobby staff are super efficient and helpful

Room was clean, reception staff very helpful. Used as a base for visiting local area. Well placed for the metro.

Very good for business and families

The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, and the rooms are surprisingly large. There's a microwave for heating food, a large supermarket right next door, and McDonald's and other restaurants nearby. The bus stop is a short walk away.

We chose the hotel because of the outdoor pool, but the pool doesn't open until June! A hotel gets 4 stars precisely because of the pool! It was 30 degrees and the pool was closed.😒 The rooms have never been renovated. Everything was old, worn out, and dirty. We were woken up every morning by the noise of the renovation above our windows. There was no peace. We asked for another room, but the hotel was fully booked. I have stayed in much better 3-star hotels. Maybe it will look better after the renovation. At the reception, there was only 1 person who understood good English. The young man at the reception was not helpful and not friendly; only the lady with glasses and curls was okay. In a nutshell, stay away.
