Our stay at the Barcelo was excellent. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I requested a late check out and Irene had no problem extending my stay just a few hours. The breakfast was delicious and was very convenient.

Svært slitt rom og ingenting som tilsvarer luksus eller 5 stjerner. Vinduet på rommet kunne ikke lukkes. Siden oppholdet var på vinterstid medførte dette kald trekk gjennom hele natten selv om jeg trakk gardiner foran. Sengen var svært fast, og både puter og den tynne dynen fremsto som av svært lav kvalitet. Dette er langt fra 5 stjerner. Når man forventer 5 stjerner og blir møtt med 2-3 stjerner blir man svært skuffet. Kommer ikke tilbake. Etter mer enn 25 turer til Granada vet jeg at det finnes langt bedre hoteller i samme prisklasse som også ligger nærmere sentrum. Parkering koster 18 euro for 16 timer.

Perfekt hotell när man kommer med bil och samtidigt vill bo nästgårds med innerstaden. Gratis laddning för Porsche i garaget. Hotellet håller hög klass och har trevlig personal.

A decent five star hotel, pleasant, attentive and reactive staff, checkin was efficient, room was very clean and functional, we discovered that the safe key wasn't there, contacted reception, they couldn't locate it and instead immediately arranged for a whole replacement safe, arrived within minutes.
Good soundproofing and slept well. Housekeeping were efficient and worked to our convenience.
Amenities include a stylish bar, small gym and pool terrace with great views of the city.
It's a 20 minute walk from the centre of Granada but is a good location if you don't mind a bit of walking.
On our last few days, the hotel had guests staying from the European head of states conference, so there was heightened security. It was bemusing having to traverse armed police and be subjected to an airport style bag x-ray and body scanner to gain entry to the hotel.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but understand that it is good, instead we tended to patronise the local cafes, e.g. Quiérete Café and Cafeteria Ceci.
We would stay again.
