My overall rating of the hotel is wonderful, not only for its location near the cathedral and other attractions, but also for the service at reception and in the dining room. Each and every employee greeted us with a smile and was willing to help with any situation. The room was quite large, very clean, and the bathroom was fully equipped, even with a small clothesline in the shower. The breakfast was very adequate with a variety of products. It's worth noting that the pastries not eaten at breakfast, as well as some fruit and snacks, were placed in a small but cozy and cool interior lounge for guests to enjoy at any time of day. This lounge also had a refrigerator stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer for our enjoyment at no additional cost, and we could even bring them up to our room (a lovely touch).

The location was very good for going anywhere. The room we were initially shown only had a shower, but it was a weekday and there was a vacant room, so they changed us to a room with a bathtub. It was nice to be able to soak in the bathtub after my tired body. The room was European-style and clean and tidy. There was a kettle and a refrigerator. There were famous paella restaurants and tapas shops nearby. The breakfast was pretty good too. In winter, mornings come late in Spain, so it's pitch black outside and the shops are closed, so I recommend booking one with breakfast included.

They don't answer the phone when you call reception. In a 4-star hotel it does not seem normal to me and they also justify it without reason by saying that they were away from reception for more than 10-15 minutes. Lounge there is only a small high reception bar with the elevators and stairs in front.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is city center ans easy to get to everything. The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. The only downside is that right across from the hotel are 2 empty commercial locations that unfortunately have been graffitied and takes away from the beauty of the area.
