Perfectly located in the middle of the old town. Close to everything you want to see or eat in Granada. We felt living in the history for 2 days. The family room is great for a family of 4. Book early, as it could be very popular and booked out in peak season. The staff is super friendly

The location is good and the decoration is very local, but it is relatively old. The path in front of the door is only accessible by buses and taxis, and you can walk to Agong.

The property is a very old building and elegant, which is very charming. The spa was unexpected and excellent. The view to Alhambra was breathtaking. Staff was excellent. Access to the bus needed to get to the Cathedral and Alhambra is nearby. The secondary entry to the Alhambra is walkable from this location.
Some issues I have include:
1. If you have accessibility issues, there is no elevator. If you need your suitcases carried to the upper floors, they do have staff that would carry it up for you. From the main road, however, you will need to carry your suitcases to the building itself.
2. The refrigerator is small and doesn't seem to cool very quickly.
3. There is a locked door between our unit (top floor Unit 9 Boabdil) with direct views to the Alhambra. We can hear people talking on the other side, one of the nights.
4. I do not recommend having breakfast here. Given the cost and nearby restaurants, there is not enough variety in the available food.
Otherwise, I would highly recommend this facility and beautiful building.

The location of the hotel was excellent for the price paid. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful especially Aaron & Anna. The room we stayed in required a bit more drawer space. Thank you for being pet friendly.

This property is located in the historic area of el Albaicin. The building is pretty and gives the flavor of historic Spanish and moorish styles. The inside decor though is haphazard and it could be better. When the air conditioning is on in the room it made the walls creaky and also the building is echoey which made the place a little noisy. The beds were comfy and the staff was very helpful. The available breakfast was reasonably priced and well supplied. The hotel was on walking distance of most of the monuments we wanted to visit. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel is charming and well located to cover the city on foot. There is bus service up to Alhambra if required. The large Plaza Nueva is nearby with a taxi stand, and the cathedral and interesting neighborhoods are close by.

This is a prime walkable location in the historical part of Granada. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the Alhambra. When arriving by taxi it’s straight forward, they can access the pedestrian zone and the hotel a very short walk up a side street. While this is a historic renovated building it has all the amenities such as elevator (not all rooms are accessible by elevator, verify), individual AC units in rooms. The beds are very clean and comfortable. The rooms are pleasantly decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a 24 hour front desk.
