Very kind staff. We got very good tips. Beautiful view from the window. Silent and clean room. They allowed us to leave our luggage after we checked out.

Place is good value for the price. Simple but clean and the reception staff are very nice and helpful. The location is close to the cathedral and the main downtown of Granada. There are restaurants all around, so very easy to find good food. If you are bringing a car then parking is quite far away (about 10 minutes walk) in a car park so do not expect on site parking.

Pros: Great front desk staff; great amenities; great location; stunning view; reasonably priced, one of the best value hotels I've stayed in recently. Cons: No elevator; carrying heavy luggage up two flights of stairs was quite tiring.

There was a table so it was easy to eat and the manager was very kind so it was nice. Although there was a power outage during my trip, it was a memory after it passed.

The location is excellent and very convenient! Highly recommended! The room is spacious. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, but the staff helped with my large luggage. The floor pattern is beautiful, but it feels a bit old.
