This is an interesting place to stay. Self-contained apartment in a larger mansion that the staff told us was more than 500 years old. Although you will likely stay here and not encounter any of the staff, they are very responsive via What's App. We locked ourselves out of our room at 8pm one night and were terrified that no one was going to respond and/or that we were going to have to travel far to get an additional key, but thankfully, the management team responded right away and we only had to walk to another hotel that was 7 minutes away to get another key. Room is comfortable. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker for you to use. The location is right in the "moorish" area. Lots to see and steps to anything else you want to see or do in Granada. The only complaint we have is as it is an renovated mansion, meant for one family to be living in it, there is very little sound proofing. We could hear the people above us walking, talking, dropping things, etc. It was fine for three days, and they didn't keep late hours. Other guests also seem to forget that there are other units when standing in the very echo-ey courtyard so you can hear full on conversations, often late at night/early in the morning. The property is well taken care of and, as mentioned, the staff is very helpful. We had some time to kill between check out and our train. The staff let us leave our bags at the other hotel they manage, which is a short walk away.
