The location is very nice! Some of the staff were very kind, but others were a bit rude. The towels were not clean, and they didn’t provide new ones during my three-day stay. They also didn’t take the trash away, even though the trash can was full.

Very travel friendly. We got 2 free bottles of water. Aesthetic. There is a fridge at our room. The service is great, the reception is on the 4th floor. We can put our luggage for free till 20.00 on the day of check out. Work of the lift is surprising at first🤣be ready. If I have chance to visit Granada again, I will choose this hotel.

The location is really good👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 But you can hear the sound from the bathroom upstairs and the noise outside(room 409) But if you are looking for value for money, I recommend it

Great location, very clean room although a bit small, when flushing the toilet it is a bit noisy. The days we were there the elevator did not work very well, and we went up to the 3rd floor by the stairs. They make coffee available to you at the reception. Very friendly at all times, they give information and recommendations of places to visit. We will definitely come back. Recommended!!

Staff was really nice and our room was clean and tidy, we were facing the internal yard so no noise during the night or early morning, right at the center of city so super easy to reach everywhere
