The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. Parking is available, but you need to check in first and use your room key card to access it. The parking spaces are quite spacious, but you have to navigate several sharp turns all the way down to B4 to find one. Drivers who aren't confident with their skills might want to be cautious.

The hygiene, environment, and service were all excellent. However, the bunk bed was too low; you couldn't sit upright on the bottom bunk. There was only one chair in the room, but I think that's fine. The light in the bathroom was sound-activated, and since it was a wet room (shower and toilet combined), it would turn off quickly while using the toilet or showering. Especially during a longer shower, I had to reactivate the sound sensor 7 or 8 times.🙂↕️

I didn't expect much from just staying one night, but it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I've ever stayed at during my 25-day trip to Europe. While the hotel is a bit dated, it's well-maintained, and what I most appreciated was its spotless cleanliness. The location was ideal, with restaurants and the main shopping street within a 5-10-minute walk, and the staff at the desk were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering accommodations in Granada or those who are sensitive to cleanliness.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

We stayed in a deluxe room. The room was well decorated, but our room smelled of oily smoke, and finally I found that it was the smell of smoke from the vent at the entrance. I told the front desk staff about this, she said that the room was fully booked, the smell of smoke may be the smell of someone who smoked the smoke, in fact, there is no smell of smoke in the corridor. I hope we should get some compensation because the smell of smoke makes my wife and I very uncomfortable.

Environment: The hotel boasts a great environment—quiet yet conveniently located. If you're up for a walk, the Alhambra is about half an hour away on foot, or a quick 10-minute taxi ride. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel also features a beautifully designed central courtyard. Cleanliness: The hotel is very new, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom is quite spacious, and both the bed and towels are very comfortable. Service: I must emphasize that the service at this hotel is truly outstanding. The front desk and room service staff are incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always eager to assist, which definitely adds a lot to the hotel's appeal.

Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Also the gave us detailed information on the tourist areas and bars in town.

Very good location, great breakfast and nice and kind staff. If you go there by car keep in mind that the hotel does not have their own parking/garage. Either you use their valet service but that takes time or you park your car in the parking lot of Alhambra, which is approx 200 meters away.

Good location, the whole building of the hostel is newly built, the multi-person bed is separated from the wood, it can be locked after closing the hatch, and there is light color control in the cabin. The cleanliness is high, the kitchen and the friendship hall are behind the front desk, there is a refrigerator, the refrigeration temperature is enough, and the cooking is convenient. There is a 24-hour front desk. Self check-in is convenient, but still need to check in online in advance. Toilet bathroom clean, because there is no window, so the air is not very circulating, pay attention to the hot and cold water instructions of the water pipe sometimes opposite. Luggage storage after check-out is charged.

It's really close enough to get to the Alhambra Palace ticket office within 5 minutes. Just go down the stairs across the street from the hotel. Breakfast opens at exactly 7:30 (. They also store your luggage. Anyway, the location is the best (you have to get to the Alhambra Palace ticket office by 8:20 am).
