Very helpful receptionist which provided us information about the city. The view was also superb looking over the plaza, with a very European style balcony, and a very nice lift

Perfectly located in the middle of the old town. Close to everything you want to see or eat in Granada. We felt living in the history for 2 days. The family room is great for a family of 4. Book early, as it could be very popular and booked out in peak season. The staff is super friendly

The hotel is located just behind Plaza Neuva, so great for the hop on, hop off bus tour, taxis and the back alleys with bars, restaurants and shops.  The room was clean, a good sized double bedroom with a bathroom.  It was easy to find. There is a proper reception with a human being on duty.  Free coffee from a machine in the lobby, but very sweet.  We had a few blips; only 1 cup for 2 people with the kettle and a struggle to convince the receptionist two people needed 2 cups, no milk, just sachets of coffee and tea bags, no plug for the bath, an even bigger struggle, but I succeeded, and you cannot park anywhere close by. We used an underground parking lot, €1.99 an hour.

I truly recommend this hotel. There’s no better location and the rooms were clean ans spacious. Definitely will come back.

Location is good to walk to the Alhambra Palace. However, the facilities are not very good because it is a small hotel that remodeled the old building. It's a sissy that the staff opens the door when you go into the alley and press the bell. The staff are so friendly and nice.

It is a good hotel for families with children to stay. Close to the observatory with an admiration of the Alhambra Palace. The staff is very friendly.

In fact, it can't be called a hotel at all, it's similar to a high-level bed and breakfast. (By the way, remind everyone, no matter how many days you stay, there is no cleaning) Maybe the business is getting better, so I rented another building just 200 meters away from the original place. Let me talk about the advantages: the price is very high. Don't even think about Madrid and Barcelona at this price. I especially like the small town of Grandana. Although it is at the foot of the Alhambra Palace, if you rely on walking, you can't walk to the palace. Let me talk about the shortcomings: the front desk lady has a square mind. As the service industry, especially the tourism industry, your English is not good. Blame me. . . . . I specially placed the order, but she still didn't know the situation, and asked what I ordered, I printed it out for you, what do you want me to do.

The environment is very good, there is a very quiet and fresh feeling and a faint fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The Moorish traditional buildings seem to be able to isolate the external high temperature. Once you enter, you obviously feel that the temperature has dropped by a few degrees, and the courtyard has no air conditioning. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room was also lightly scented. The most surprising thing is that there is a small European balcony in the room. The small balcony can directly see the Alhambra Palace. The location of the hotel is below the Alhambra, and the entrance to the Upper Alhambra is not far from the hotel entrance. The whole is very good, the hotel front desk staff is very indifferent, and the enthusiastic Spaniards they meet are very different, the other is that the price is a bit high.

Although it is a youth hostel, the hidden performance of personal privacy is particularly well protected, the luggage storage space is large, and the hygiene is particularly good. If you arrive in advance to store your luggage, you need 5.5 Europe, the service is enthusiastic and has a rules. Very cost-effective accommodation for a personal traveler like me.

La atención recibida fue excelente, Luisa estaba esperando a que llegáramos para explicarnos todo con detalle, tanto de dentro de las instalaciones como del exterior, donde comer, que visitar...un encanto de personas. Nuestra habitación, la suite comares una maravilla, cama cómoda, un baño enorme totalmente de mármol y un pequeño pero agradable patio donde poder conversar al aire libre.
