Best Western Granbury Inn Suites

There were no cups for ice or water.

Old interior, dirty equipments, TV are outdated ( Not smart TV). Room are not functional.

Wasn’t told about additional $25 fee for dog. Was advertised as pet friendly. Man at check in desk was very curt & had no customer skills. Acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. The window sheers were in shreds. A/C sounded like it was going to blow up. Breakfast was very poor. Greasy sausage, tasteless powdered eggs! Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this place again.

Rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. Properly is close to shopping and restaurants.

Hot tub heater wasn't working, the breakfast wasn't good. The door keys work after 3-4 swipes.

Room was hot upon entering, had to turn AC on, cooled off pretty quick. Room curtain drapes were dirty and stained as if there had been water leak. Room beds were small rather than being queen-size for suite. Kitchen sink did not work. Ammenties were not sufficient for 4 people. Shower needed new shower head as it did not put out water as should and ceiling had been patched and still needed painting. We could hear the lobby door open and close as we were on second floor above front lobby. Overall we were able to get some rest but room could use some maintenance.

The sink in our room dripped. there was some weird process to log in to get TV to work. Carpet had a sizable tear near the desk. On the other hand, staff members were fine and mattress was good

Everything was great except for the pool. It looked beautiful, but definitely false advertising about it being heated! A cold hot tub is not a hot tub at all, and the pictures of the pool in their ads has steam coming of it, not even close! It was freezing!
