Quality Inn & Suites Granbury

Next time I would go back to this hotel. it's so amazing time to me.

Nicely redone. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and smelt good. The breakfast had plenty of options for everyone.

There was a disturbance ,during our last night at this Quality inn.The ploice raided a room to get some people out and tear gas was set off.We were asked to go outside. Due to the inconincinconven, the next day when ee were leaving i asked if we might receive a discount.The owner manager was supposed to call me that day to talk,he nevrr called nor did he check on us during the raid to see if we needed anything.

These ****** first said I don’t have a reservation. Fought with them for 20 minutes on that. Water not hot in the shower. I wouldn’t even get undressed to sleep. Room was nasty. Took off my boots and that’s it. Won’t be back

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was the typical waffled, eggs, sausage, and cereals. There was a bit of rust on the outside of the tub, because there's nothing to keep water from running around the ledge and over the side.

This property did not have elevators. It was no problem for me because there were only two floors. The wheel chair accessible rooms were on the first floor. Otherwise the stay was perfect for my needs.

The tub in the room had a huge crack in it and the beds felt super bouncy like we were sleeping on an air bed we barely slept at all breakfast was very basic same stuff every day not the best hotel but I guess you get what you pay for

Wrong room, they wouldn’t accommodate the correct room without charging. Bathroom was disgusting, there was feces in the door frame, tub and floor were rotting, and used toilet paper on the roll. Gave us 2 of the smallest pillows for the bed. The phone for the room didn’t even work. Tv didn’t work correctly. Awful place to stay.

Breakfast was nice and a variety of food. The area was quiet and lots of restaurants and shopping. The grounds were keptand free of trash.
