For uniqueness I enjoyed the private pool area and the easy walkout to that area. Also the extra waterfall pool. Nice breakfast buffet included with local options. Also great that we had access to the Bay Gardens beach resort and spa sister hotel and all its facilities.

Everything was great, the all inclusive package chosen was ideally suitable for our stay. Kudos to Nildra (Bartender) and Maggie (Server) for their excellent service. Our visit to Bay Gardens Resort was excellent and eye-catching. Looking to visiting again next year God's will.

Check in was fine we had to wait as they forget the key to the room was different, dirty bath towels were left on the shower rack, internet was out for approximately 20 hours at one point, tub was old and paint chipping, water pressure in shower low, room food was not the best. For connecting rooms you can hear everything through the walls. Ohhh and cold showers !!!! Best time to shower 12 noon when the sun is up. Ac was cold. Wouldn’t book again.

Property is extremely clean and well kept. Staff is super friendly and helpfull from the cook to the front desk everyone was tremendous. Pools are nice size and clean. Very quiet and relaxing. Food selection for breakfast and lunch is repetitive and really tastey. We enjoy better quality and variety of food at the sister properties. Never had dinner at this property. Bed and pillow is so comfortable. Nice sz shower with hot/cold water. alcholol Drink is good. We took the allinclusive package. Totally worth is. Dinning is very expensive especially if you are party of two or more. Close to all. Very safe. Property us secure. I would def. Stay there again. Stay for 5nights room 106. Was fanstatic with good working AC and a pool view.

Upon check-in people could not have been any friendlier. When we were shown to our room, it was a beautiful upgrade with a patio on the ground floor overlooking the pool. Food at the restaurant was very good, breakfast was included. The bartenders were always very attentive and very nice. The Monday night cocktail party was really special. I will return to this place and recommended difference. Also, very close to the Rodney Bay Marina and the Garden Bay Resort which are accessible to all guests staying at the hotel. Free shuttle service included.

Staff was polite. Front desk was extremely nice. Unfortunately we had to ask for washcloths on four separate occasions. We received clean bath towels but not washcloths. The only other issue was staff came to take pictures of the lamps in the bedroom so they could see what style they were. Then they returned later to put in updated lamps. I understand upgrading but we were leaving in two days. It could have waited until we left to be replaced.
