No1,no security at the reception according to the lady that eventually attended to me on my arrival said the manager support to be at the reception we were there for about 20min,secondly the manager is a ****** not friendly he was giving a fake smile and there breakfast is same meal every morning

The rooms were okay, but not clean! There was a clump of hair into sink in the bathroom. Made me gag! Mould on bathroom ceiling, floors not cleaned, walls had splashes on then, dust behind furniture and light fittings. The room we had the bed wasn't in line with the headboard. My partner was constantly banging his head on the light fittings as it was situated close to him. Bed sheets not clean. Plates, glasses and cutlery were not very clean. Glasses still had lip prints around the rim, I cleaned it with a napkin, was cleaner. When guests asked for fried eggs, the assistant would roll her eyes and storm off to the kitchen! I could go on.

We have to say thanks to the great staffs here, you guys are so professional and friendly! Thank you so much for helping me and my little girl.

Very basic hotel, our usual hotel was fully booked so we stayed here at the last minute, would not stay in the basic room again. No water provided in the room, no plug sockets near the bed, no basic toiletries, toilet flush handle coming away from the wall, limescale on shower door, stain on the bedroom carpet. Breakfast was ok, A positive point was that there was parking on the grounds.

clean and lovely staff, decent location bus wise but keep in london traffic in mind! quiet at night, would stay again if we were in the area for sure.

Great hotel, have used a few times and will contiue to do so. Very helpful staff and nice bar area downstairs

We stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point. We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92. The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items. I’d definitely stay again.

It's a nice place with a spacious room. Receptionist was extremely helpful from our first day till check out ! Housekeeper were all pretty friendly. Lift available, no problem with baggages👍. Highly recommend this place for a good stay !

Clean tide and spacious. Friendly staff. Free onsite parking. Highly recommended.

This hotel offers a decently price hotel nearby Central london. Thr breakfast selection is not vast but they do offer the normal English hot big breakfast. You definitely can't fault them. Should we need a night stay in London, we will reconsider them foe its convenient location.
