It’s was nice staff was helpful no coffee cups in the room for coffee maker and room shows wear and the he light outside the window shines straight in the window but it’s worth staying again

We were in town to attend a concert at the Coliseum. The hotel is very nice, the staff is awesome, so accommodating and helpful. I left my watch in the bathroom when we checked out and before I even know it was missing, someone on staff had already called to let me know they had it. Loved our stay! Extremely convenient to the Greensboro Coliseum.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!
It still looks, feels and SMELLS like it is a Best Western. ALL soda machines on ALL floors were out of order! This location should close down until it is fully renovated. We will NOT be returning until that happens!

We found the hotel to be in good condition, with no real defects. After 2 nights, we had no complaints. The breakfast setup works really well and the selection was very pleasing, with more than just cereal and waffles.. The atmosphere was quiet. The location is very convenient off I-40 and near Greensboro's Khoury Convention Center and Four Seasons Mall.

Very nice staff. Clean room just need to be updated. Carpet tearing caulking around tub needs to be removed and replaced. Very comfortable bed and great breakfast buffet.

If you like lukewarm showers this is the place to be! Dirty, towels, sheets, room, old peeling paint. Went down to breakfast at 0628 and literally the cook was holding the food by door and told us we had two minutes to wait until 0630, 🙄. Wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great interaction with staff here. I work in sales and marketing and customer service is key. Not one of the staff members that I came in contact with understood customer service. At 3pm or at 7am the staff made it clear they did not want to be there to work. I could bore you with paragraphs of details but I will save my time.
