Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown

Again desk people do not know the hotel they work in. You ask a quite place and they just provide you a room on the street. So lot of noise and air conditionning system is a disaster

We got there almost late for the two o clock show across the street, lady got us checked in quickly and we were on our way! Really appreciate the service and she had the college football game on in the bar when the show was over just for us! Lively people and a decent breakfast too! Added bonus was done of the dancer’s and their families we’re staying there as well so we got to meet some great people. A very cool vibe all the way around, would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, always nice to stay in the city center of Greenville South Carolina

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are many near by. The hotel is located a few blocks away from the heart of downtown, but it is a quick and easy walk. It’s nice if you want a more quiet experience

This was a nice stay. The valets were great, and most importantly, when we forgot something in the closet, they were able to track it down and had it for us when we came back to pick it up.

Breakfast was decent, the staff are relatively friendly as well. The website boasts a “24/7 late night menu” at the in house restaurant, however when I tried to order last night I was told the kitchen was closed and should order door dash from a local restaurant instead. Otherwise, we had a nice visit

Great location downtown. Buffet breakfast was above average. Very Quiet. The best night's sleep in a long time. We opted for public parking nearby instead of $25 a night valet parking at the hotel.

Blood stain on bedspread. No housekeeping to change beds. We had to remove blood stain spread ourselves. Only gave a top sheet and blanket to make our own bed.Daughter was locked in restroom. She did not lock it herself. We had to call front desk to get her out. No maintenance was available to fix door from locking again.

The location was perfect. We had a small situation with the room key entry but the management handled it wonderfully. We were locked out for 45 minutes but the hotel management and employees did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable while waiting for it to be opened up for us. Most definitely will return. Also must try Crust and craft for lunch or dinner. Best pizza I've had in a while. And amazing service
