Candlewood Suites GREENVILLE by IHG

This place was as close to being at home as you could get. Katie and Racheal went out of their way for my families comfort and it makes a difference. All the staff worked hard to keep the ice off the walkways and keep the entrance safe. The room I was in was clean and comfortable with amenities galore. Each suite has its own kitchen so you can bring your goodies in and put them in the fridge. Microwave and stove and dishwasher. Great place!

The bathroom counter was covered in a white rocky powder but except for that the room was spotless and the staff were lovely. Would definitely go again

We tried two different rooms, and there were roaches in both of them. The front desk clerk was nice and tried to he helpful, but we ultimately and checked out and found a different hotel on our own. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone until they can get their pest problem under control.

I stayed for a week and everything went smoothly. Would stay here again if the need arose

Carpet was very dirty with food still on the floor

Everything was fine except that we saw on the page that it said that there was breakfast included, but when my husband asked they said that because there was a kitchen there in the room, it also said that they were going to clean and they only gave us some sheets in the previous hotels they always change cameras sheets and covers but not here even though we stayed for 3 nights it's fine but there are things that should be improved the truth

Toilet paper was so thin, that you could see through it. I know it’s about cheaper supplies, but you have to use more too. Elevator rug was dirty. Needed a good cleaning.

Candlewood Suites in Greenville, South Carolina was great to deal with. Rachel and other staff were very friendly!!!!

Monica and Allyson very good management staff great and can't say enough about Scott in maintenance always dependable works very hard as soon as he gets a work order it's fixed need more workers like him real funny too u wil have a great stay the staff atmosphere makes u keep wanting to come back
