Days Inn by Wyndham Greenville

Location is good. Service is poor. No one at desk upon arrival, no bell to ring, waited about 5 minutes. Smells bad, roaches in room, told no more towels when needed 2 extra until morning. Floor in room was damp, black specks all over bedspreads. Dust all over light receptacles. Floor in bathroom was dirty, tub clogged and would not drain well. Water was hot, which is a plus. Hair of some sort in shower, cleaned it down before use with shampoo we brought with us. Checked in late, after midnight. Could not stay any longer due to conditions, left before 6 am.

The room wasn't clean, had to lay towels across the floor because it was dirty. Smelled like cigarettes, and dust on the furniture.

The hotel staff was very friendly the room was clean although could be a little updated me and my husband enjoyed our stay

The property should be shut down not clean. The rooms had dirt and grime spots. Staff was not helpful. They didn’t even have the basics for the complementary breakfast.

My daughter and I attended The George Strait Concert in Clemson SC on May 2.We had reservations in Greenville at The Days Inn.We got there early before check in so we waited till 3 pm to check in.After check in we left and went to the concert.We kept all our baggage and belongings in the car till we got back.With traffic from the concert we got back about 3 am.We went to our room and there was already someone in the room.We went to the front desk and they told us the rooms were sold out.Another guy came out and said he would see what he could do.We ended up with a room that wasn't clean,a bathroom with a dirty tub and no personal accessories like most places have.The room had a musty smell which made it difficult to even stay in the room.Of course we had no other choice.I have never had such a bad experience staying at a hotel/motel.Even though we got a decent price for the room we should have had better accommodations than what we received.And we definitely should not have had our room given to someone else when we already had keys.Very disappointed.Hotel is much to be desired.

The building is so old, they need to develope their amenities. I asked the staff to clean up my room like 4 times and they never did.
