Wingate by Wyndham Greenwood Village/Denver Tech

I got into the shower and a minute later the bathtub faucet shot off and pelted me in the leg, and there was just a stream of water shooting out of the pipe. Trembling in the overly cold room, I got dressed and told the fellow at the front counter, who thought it was funny (it is now, but not at the time). He moved me to another room. I've now had three experiences at Wyndham's all bad, including the Wyndham Super 8 in Des Moines, 14th St., which should be burned to the ground, it's not even 3rd World quality. Just avoid anything Wyndham and you'll be fine.

Very quiet area on weekends, mostly corporate office buildings in area. Included selection of good breakfast items. Room had the most important things I look for - hot shower, working TV, comfortable bed, fridge, & microwave. Minor concerns were badly shredded sheers found when I tried to open curtains and non-working blow dryer.

Seemed like the climate control was set a little to the warm side in common areas. Bed was on the more firm side of things. Shuttle for light rail does not run on weekends. Station is a 15 minute walk from the property.

Room, hallways, exterior, & frint entrance area all are very dated. Certainly need updating, care, and professionalism!!! Breakfast hot items need attention. Staff is great!!

Room was nice, clean and quiet with mostly blackout drapes. The fireplace in the lobby didn’t work, but that was the only issue. Breakfast was great and staff was courteous.

Felt like a little bit better than what I imagine a Motel 6 would be like. They growl when requesting simple things like a dirty clothes bag.

The staff was super friendly, AND they served Dazbog coffee at breakfast! I'll be back just because of the coffee!

Staff was friendly, room needs updated, and breakfast was subpar. Breakfast seemed like an afterthought. No consistency in what was being served from day to day on the hot side. Bread choices seemed limited.

The logo sign was not working, oil smell in the hotel, notification that the pool, hot tub was closed, hot water tank will be down for inspection. The front desk person was not there and waited for 20 minutes to attempt to check in! Horrible experience!!
