The room is large. The breakfast menu is typical of syntax which is rich with a taste of noodles. The location of the hotel is special because it is in the largest mall complex in the suburbs. In the lobby area there is a direct access to the mall.

The hotel choice is a comfortable because its location is very strategic (near the toll gate), close to the shopping mall, located in the middle of the downtown business center. Meetings at this hotel are also impressive because in addition to its comfort interior, the variation and the coffee break taste is quite good, the staff who standby during the event are also very helpful. During my 2 nights stay, all the hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast menu choices were varied and the taste was suitable. The hotel is very clean. Very strategic location. Close to the Pakuwon area mall, just opposite. The breakfast menu also has many choices. The most important thing is the cleanliness of the toilet and bed linen, very clean. Highly recommended 👌👌

A pleasant surprise for us when visiting Surabya. Though it is located at West Surabaya, a bit far from where our meeting was, the trip is worthwhile. All about this hotel is just right, from the service to all the hotel facilities are great (maybe since it is still quite new). I would say this Westin in Surabaya is even better than the one in Jakarta from all aspects. We booked the suite which is amazing and the standard room also quite nice, though we dont get to have the premium coffee and ferragamo soaps. Union around corner opened till 2 AM and the hotel is attached to the largest Mall in southeast asia (from what I heard). However, I have not really used all the hotel facilities and I skipped the breakfast (because I was way too full from prior night meal). The only thing that a bit bother me is the blind installed in all the bathroom including in the suite room, where it is very noticable it is wrinkly and not properly installed. A bit crack inthe almost perfect experience. However, i would still rate the hotel 5 star for everything else.
