Will come back again! Spacious room and nice view with great staff. Breakfast had a good variety of food.

The room had two single beds and a bunk bed, which was perfect for a family of four. The hotel breakfast was also great, with lovely views from the window. The hotel is super close to the Jungfrau cable car, and they offer a daily bus pass – remember to ask at the front desk! All in all, it's a good hotel.

Excellent front desk staff, very polite and enthusiastic ❤️. The restaurant is large, bright, and spacious. It's just a stone's throw away from the Jungfrau cable car station, which is incredibly convenient! This hotel is definitely worth experiencing.

The family room is quite a good size for 2 adults and 2 teens. It is very cozy and clean. Our room is facing the front and temporary reception area and we can see the Alps clearly. There is a big pigeon hole style cabinet which we can use to place our stuff. The room is organised and not cramped due to this. Breakfast is good enough for us. There is a microwave oven in the Breakfast lounge where you can heat up food and a kettle (no kettle in the room). The only thing we don't like is the lack of door to the entrance of the shower area. Anyone entering the front door of the room, can see someone showering inside the shower area (if any). We had to remind each other to stay out of that area when we shower..

Grindelwald is considered a budget hotel, but wow! It's so industrial, it felt like a shipping container. Concrete floors in the room, and just three tiny ceiling lights above the bed, making it pitch black at night! No air conditioning either! Plus, the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. We booked this place near the Terminal station to visit First mountain. The town itself is quite dreamy though.

Grindelwald for the first time, and after four days and three nights, this place is perfect. It's right by the bus and train stations, so you can hop off the train from Interlaken, walk through the terminal, and Eiger Lodge is right behind the parking lot. Buses take you all around Grindelwald, even to the main street. The terminal has a Coop, so groceries are super easy. The hotel has an awesome view of the valley and is super clean. They have breakfast every day, and even though it's the same stuff, I still liked it. Heads up, there's some construction going on that might block the view a little, but it's not a big deal. I'd totally stay here again if I come back.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Do NOT stay at this hotel!!! I was really looking forward to staying here for the mountain view. When I went to check-in, the front desk staff was completely indifferent and wouldn't even let me have a late check-out. For a hotel that costs two thousand a night, it felt more like a cheap guesthouse. The bathroom waterproofing was terrible and water easily leaked out. Also, the soundproofing between floors was poor; I could clearly hear people talking outside both in the morning and at night. At check-out, around 11:10 AM, someone was already knocking on the door, rudely stating that it was past check-out time and that it had already been ten minutes, with a condescending attitude as if I owed them something. If you enjoy being treated poorly, then by all means, stay here. You'll regret it.

The hotel is conveniently located near Grindelwald Terminal, making it easy to access Jungfraujoch. Staying in a top-floor room offers fantastic views of the snow-capped mountains.

Nice location and breakfast!

Excellent, and super close to the train station. It's a seamless five-minute walk from the station exit, easily accessible by elevator. Breakfast was good; while the selection wasn't huge, it had a very fresh and authentic feel. The views are absolutely stunning!! It's also incredibly convenient for visiting both First and Jungfraujoch.

Super friendly and welcoming staff! Clean room and comfy environment. We enjoyed our stay there!
