5 stars for location. There's a supermarket right downstairs. Breakfast was decent. I really appreciate they have rosti. Bed was comfortable. However, the room was really small, for the priced paid, and no proper fridge. No proper chair as well, it's literally floppy and u can fall if not careful.

The room is clean good location nice view from the room. Just open the door feel like wallpaper in front of you

Great stay at Hotel Bernerhof Grindelwald! Super convenient location just next to the train station. Really appreciated the thoughtful touches — there’s a microwave, free coffee, and kettles available, so you can easily heat up food and eat comfortably in the breakfast area, which many hotels don’t offer. Practical and guest-friendly!

Love the 24-hour free coffee and tea. Good location. Amazing view. The room is clean. Just met the owners, both of whom are so friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I come to Grindelwald again. Coop is on the left side. The train station is on the right side. Both are less than a 5-minute walk away.

This hotel is truly exceptional. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to one with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when assisting us while we were preparing food in the dining area near the reception. The Wi-Fi was also excellent and very helpful. It’s truly an outstanding hotel.

The location was incredibly convenient, just a one-minute walk from Grindelwald station. There was also a Coop supermarket a minute's walk away. Coffee and tea were available 24/7. The room itself was very small, but it had a spacious balcony where we could relax comfortably. There was a refrigerator, but no air conditioning. From around 2 PM to 6 PM, if the weather was good, the room got uncomfortably hot. Even with a fan, I was sweating. However, it was nice and cool at night if we left the window open. Breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants – they were so good I had two! There were also other options like yogurt, ham, and eggs. The staff were very kind.

I had a very satisfying stay! It's very close to the train station, and there's a Coop supermarket nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept really well. The front desk service was friendly, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit! The attention to detail in their service really made a difference! The check-in and check-out process was quick, and the service was friendly. There's a terrace in the lobby with a super beautiful view. They even provided complimentary cookies in the room, which made me feel really well taken care of. The stay exceeded my expectations.

We booked a deluxe double room. The cleanliness was a four-star because there was a black hair on the bedsheet, but everything else was fine.

Very good location , walk only 3 mins from train station . Though room is small, everything needed are there. The balcony is perfect facing the mountain view which we can have some drinks there. All day have coffee and tea ready for us.. They are not allowed to cook at room but with a microwave in the small area of dining room. This is good . Highly recommend this hotel and will visit again next time .Breakfast is perfect .

One of best hotel at Grindelwald. Location is excellent, just 1 min walk from train station., and coop supermarket nearby and many restaurants around. The room is clean and comfortable with great Mountain View.

Very close to Grindelwald station. However, my room is 2nd floor and cannot see mountain view. I didn’t request high floor before checkin.
