"Having recently returned from a week's holiday in this hotel, we can only express positive opinions. Everything went well. Clean hotel with adequate rooms and attention to detail. Excellent and varied cuisine, top breakfast with a vast choice of sweet and savory options. "Four star? This thing? We spent a lot of money for this? Old rooms, the food was terrible except for desserts and mind me, I'm Italian and I totally love Italian food, I'm just writing this in english for foreigners. If you want a double portion of food - there was none. We were assured a little fridge in our room was supposed to be there - it wasn't. The whole hotel looks cheap. We were sent to eat in another place, which wasn't even the hotel (we only had breakfast and dinner in there). No animation of any sort except for kiss. The bar was opened only after 6 pm. What if I wanted a coffee when I woke up from the after-lunch nap? Terrible, absolutely terrible. I can't even imagine what the standards are for those who put 4 stars or more for this. Also the shower was broken. The hospitality was no existent. I wasn't happy at all with my experience. Also, in the place they sent us to eat lunch they gave us PLASTIC glasses. Who ever drinks in plastic glasses? I will never come back again. Shout out for the only good part: the sea was very beautiful and Serafino was so friendly and lovely."
