The check in woman was very nice. The room was clean. However the furniture was rather banged up and had seen better days, the carpet was worn and frayed in places. We had small square pillows rather than standard bed pillows.

This was a last minute reservation for us, but well worth it!
Check in was a breeze and the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. I’d stay again when I get to Columbus.

Overall this hotel is in need of many repairs and updates. Not worth the price.

Old, carpeted rooms with dingy carpet which I try toasty away from carpeted rooms. A domestic disturbance right outside my door within 5 mins of arriving and walking into my room between a couple.

The staff was excellent. They were attentive and cared about those staying at the hotel. This was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in.

Was a nice modest hotel & room - Very good value! very nice staff! not the most up to date decor BUT CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED, SAFE & COMFORTABLE. definitely would stay here again!

Generally good stay. Receptionist spoke softly w a heavy accent so it was hard for me to understand her.
