Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Grove City

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation, don’t let this detract you from staying here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade on our room to a suite; and we did not expect this or ask for it. The bed was comfortable and breakfast wasn’t your normal everyday items.

My husband and I use this hotel as a getaway from our busy lives. The rooms are dark, cool, and so quiet. You can’t ask for a friendlier and more professional staff. We have stayed in hotels in several states and this is one of the most professional establishments we’ve stayed in. Good breakfast (with real eggs 🙂), 5:30 pm Kickback with a full spread of comfort food, Drinks, and adult beverages if that is your thing, and it’s all included with your room price! We mentioned to one of the ladies at dinner that it was our 24th wedding anniversary and she brought us a bag of snacks, drinks, and a card! The next morning at breakfast, we had a lovely conversation with the general manager, who treated us as though we were old friends. We will always seek out a Drury Hotel wherever we travel. You will not be disappointed if you stay here, and if for some crazy reason you are, I have no doubt they will make it right!

Maybe “important” information should be displayed broadly on the top of the booking page, I was very confused and alarmed to know the pool was closed and that that’s the MAIN reason of booking a room. It was my daughters 5th birthday and she couldn’t swim based off the lack of an actually announcement of the importance of the pool!

The property is undergoing an extensive renovation top to bottom, so things were a bit different then you’d expect. However, I was in one the renovated rooms and it was just lovely. It was impressive how the staff made the best of everything. They were just the nicest people. I’ll definitely be back.

Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was hot and was really good. Room was extremely clean. Hallway was very clean as well. Water in shower was hot. Best part was the mattress….so comfortable! I would purchase one of those for my home. Slept great.

Everything was wonderful, but I paid extra to make sure we had a pool and the pool was out of commission when we got there. They are improving the property, but it would’ve been nice to know that before making that decision.

The staff, room, and pool were excellent, but the fitness room had a few equipment not working. Due to the construction the price of the room was high. The food is average and the drinks (Old Crow) is bottom shelf whiskey. For the price I paid for one night I think the food and drinks can get an upgrade too.

usually quality hotel but we had to suffer the consequences of no water, and noise waking up deep sleeps. You all warned us, but darn, can you compensate something??

The workers every time im there Star calls out my name. The over night guy is great. Everyone has been nothing but amazing. I stay their weekly no complaints on anything.
