Farmhouse surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful swimming pool. Comfortable and clean rooms, with a beautiful view and very helpful managers. We were very satisfied with our stay which, thanks to the beauty and tranquility of the place, allowed us to spend a truly relaxing holiday.

After a few years we decided to return to this splendid location located in San Terenziano to spend a few days of holiday. This year we also decided to bring our elderly parents who appreciated the availability and professionalism of the Falchetti Alunni family and their staff. We used the farmhouse restaurant, appreciating the typical dishes made available on the menu. After visiting the nearby Umbrian towns, returning in the afternoon we also used the beautiful swimming pool available to guests. Recommended to get away from the wear and tear of the city. We just stayed at this farmhouse over the weekend, me, my husband and our 2 small dogs. We returned here after 10 years because we had a good time but we still didn't have dogs... They ask us €15 for the dogs only for 1 night but only upon arrival am I told that the dogs cannot stay alone in the room by inventing various excuses and to take them with us to the restaurant but unfortunately mine are not used to it, then they tell us about the services such as the swimming pool or small wellness center but if the dogs cannot stay either in the pool or in the room alone or obviously in the wellness center, we How do we use these services??? They tell me to tie the dogs on the fence surrounding the pool so that they can watch us... madness!!! We went for dinner a la carte but there was the choice between 2 starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses and 2 side dishes, it doesn't really seem like an à la carte menu to me...also it is not specified that gluten-free meals have a €2 supplement to the meal that I only discover on the day of the balance... So I paid €2 more for a mixed roast and €2 more for grilled vegetables. I didn't find it correct because meat and vegetables are already naturally gluten-free foods so why pay more for them??? The dinner was excellent but it was a nigh**are with my dogs who were forced to stay tied to the foot of the table in the restaurant and one of the two barked because she was annoyed by a child who was running... no age, better to keep them in the room in peace?? ? The structure is nice, immersed in the countryside, the apar**ents are clean, it's a shame that some pots and pans and tea towels are missing in the kitchen. For these reasons and above all the poor management of the dogs I will never go back!

We spent three days in this farmhouse a few km from Todi. Beautiful structure with large dining rooms, very kind and super helpful staff and a beautiful swimming pool, I highly recommend a weekend in this corner of peace in Umbria.

Clean, tidy and well managed facility, the owner and his staff are very polite, courteous and very prepared. The exterior and the green area are well cared for, what about the rooms, clean, fragrant and welcoming. To return

We stumbled upon this farmhouse by chance for a quick lunch. The first impression? Everything a bit dated. Beautiful restaurant room with a spectacular view but the furnishings and curtains ruined the whole. Food without infamy and without praise chosen from a full board menu. Fast and efficient service.
