Perfect place with the perfect price! I had such a great stay at Tumon Bay Capital Hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The location is unbeatable — it’s so close to the beach that you can literally walk there in minutes. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place that’s clean and conveniently located in Tumon, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

I only booked this hotel because I had a midnight flight and had to check out of my previous hotel by 11 a.m. The hotel is located on a hill, so you pretty much need a taxi to get there. Unfortunately, the rooms weren’t really clean; everything felt old and rather run-down. It was okay for a quick stopover, but I wouldn’t really want to stay there overnight.

About 15 minutes walking distance to the nearest restaurant and another 10 minutes to the closest shopping mall.

This looks like a prestigious hotel during it’s heyday decades ago but has not been upgraded or renovated since. The classy design and furnitures has worn out, the ithe facilities are old and are not maintained well. The staff are accommodating and nice. My bed was clean and comfy and the ac is working well and I have a balcony view of the city. But the overall room is is not impressively clean also there is a dead insect being carried by ants in my room. The toilet is not very clean, but the water pressure is strong. Overall it’s not that bad if you’re a transiting passenger like me who just wants to have a place to sleep. I sincerely hope this hotel would have the funds to upgade their facilities and hire more people to do the cleaning.

Don't go alone if you are a woman! Women, please pay attention to safety! Even if you go with a group, please be sure to have a man! No joke! In addition, the hotel is very remote, with less than 4 rooms occupied out of nearly 100 rooms. For your safety, don't stay here! No drinking water is provided, no kettle, there is a water dispenser in the lobby but it is very dirty. The room is very dirty and needs to be disinfected by yourself. Cleaning is very casual every day. The room will not be cleaned, and the sanitary napkins are just replaced with towels. There is a serious odor in the room, and the windows must be opened wide every day. It is dirty here and the service is not good. It is completely opposite to the guests. They will not understand the guests. They will only use the rules that they do not list on the booking website but on their front desk to charge 1 dollar more and never less. The rules posted at their front desk cannot be seen unless you go to the local area. . There is no friendliness at all, and the cost performance is very low. In order to save money, find a cheaper one. Female sisters, it is not even that important to be dirty. The most important thing is that when you are in a foreign country, you must pay attention to safety! Listen to the advice and don't stay here!

As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by many high-end Jingdezhen ceramic art works. The staff were enthusiastic and proactive, which made a good impression. The room is spacious and bright, and the two two-layer floor-to-ceiling doors and windows are the highlights. When the inner wooden shutter door is opened, a magnificent sea view is presented in front of you through the glass door. You can see waves slowly rolling in, and you can clearly see a large reef under the waves. There are many luxurious hotels and connected shopping stores standing by the sea. The house is great value, I will book again next time.

Very good, the service staff is very professional

I gave it a strict rating because the facility itself did not feel clean and there were insects in the room. The location is not bad as it is close to the sea. However, I can't deny that it feels cheap overall.

Just a shabby motel

The flight arrived at 4:00 in the morning, and I booked this hotel for a temporary rest. As a result, I regretted it after I got there. It would be better to rest in the airport lobby. There was no bottled water or water-boiling facilities in the room. I checked out at 8:30 after dawn and went outside to find water to drink. This cannot be considered a hotel. The facilities are worse than those of domestic guesthouses in the 1990s. There are no slippers, bath towels, washing utensils, etc. In the room, there are no other extra facilities except for the bed, air conditioner, lamp, a table and a chair, toilet + toilet paper, a wash basin with a faucet, and a simple shower head that can produce hot water.
