"Located on the intersection of the Panorámica street and Pozuelas Street . Areas look a bit sketchy but felt safe walking around. But still took precautions and got back early. The room was on the smaller side. Bathroom was very small. They don’t have 24hrs reception but you will be given a passkey to enter if you’re ever later than maybe 10pm. I usually got back before that. Getting to the city Centre is a 10min walk down the alleyway of the favelas. Keep going down and you will get back."

"The front desk doesn't speak English, so we relied on translations to communicate. We had a pleasant stay. One thing to note about Guanajuato hotels is that some are inaccessible by car and may require climbing a mountain. However, this hotel has a road right in front of it, so you can take a taxi there, which is quite convenient. The hotel rooms are not well soundproofed and a bit noisy. The sanitation is basically clean, nothing special."

"The walk to the hotel is a bit uphill, and because it's located in a small alley, cars can't reach it, so those with large luggage should be careful. The hotel staff were very friendly and not only helped me carry my luggage down the mountain, but also helped me hail a taxi when the Didi car I'd called ran away due to a language barrier. The breakfast was delicious, especially the view of the mountainside. Although the room wasn't very soundproof, it felt like staying at my grandmother's house in the countryside. I could hear the people chatting in the alley and the sound of raindrops hitting the eaves."
