The interior and amenities were very tasteful, and I had a comfortable stay in a stylish room. The staff were easy to reach via WhatsApp, and they promptly arranged a taxi for me early in the morning, which was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great old world charm and the breakfast are great.

Guanajuato is really beautiful. The hotel is also very nice. The service attitude is very good. The wallet was lost in the hotel and was only found the next day. Contacted the hotel and I went back to find it. I didn't expect to find it back, but unexpectedly, it returned to the original owner. The hotel is very reliable and the breakfast is very good.

I really enjoyed the lovely designs of the room with quiet surrounding. The view from rooftop was also amazing and I can see the great night scenery.

Excellent hotel

The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guanajuato, with a minibus stop right outside. From the central station, you can take a minibus to the city center, or directly to the central station by taking the brown/blue bus marked ”central de Autobuses” for only 11 pesos. Other buses go to attractions like the La Momias Mummy Museum. Amenities: The room is rather simple, but it has everything you need, and the cleanliness is acceptable. There's even a capsule coffee machine. Overall, the price is very reasonable. Service: The male receptionist speaks excellent English. Early check-in is not possible. Breakfast includes several kinds of fruit, milk and cereal, sliced ​​bread, and an additional menu item.

The hotel is well located in the outside room facilities, the cottages were clean, the staff is friendly.

The view from the top of the hill was great, especially at night, I was looking at the night view from my room. I think access is bad, but it is recommended for those who want to enjoy the night view all the time because it is about 15 minutes up the slope from the center.

The hotel is located on a slope on the mountain, a bit remote, it is inconvenient to call uber. The room environment is general, there is no elevator, it is not convenient to take large luggage.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, but it has air conditioning. There's an Oxxo convenience store and a gas station nearby, as well as local food stalls. If you like walking, it's a 20-minute walk to the Callehom del Besos (Street of Kisses). We walked there and everything was fine.
