This is a great hotel! Check-in was quick, the hallways were quiet, and the rooftop gym was well-equipped. The lobby is bright, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, it's conveniently close to the subway station. Excellent stay overall.

We chose to stay at the Grand Mercure Guangzhou Airport Hotel for our family trip to Guangzhou, and we were very satisfied with the experience. We booked a family suite, which was spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for families traveling with parents and children. Such room types are not very common, and the overall living experience was excellent, leading to high-quality rest. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which is very convenient for families and those traveling with children. Although the hotel's location is a bit further from the city center, having a dedicated shuttle to and from the airport made commuting much more stress-free. We took the subway from the airport to the city for our daily excursions, avoiding traffic jams, and the transportation arrangements were very smooth. Our three-day, four-night trip was relaxed overall, balancing sightseeing and rest perfectly. The front desk staff provided professional and meticulous service, offering concierge-like assistance from check-in to check-out. Communication was smooth, and their attitude was friendly, making our family trip feel much more secure. Overall, it's highly recommended for families and those traveling with children.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is very good, and the bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet. The price is really good value for money. The front desk customer service is enthusiastic, there are many breakfast varieties, which are suitable for Guangzhou people's taste, and porridge is delivered in the evening. It was a very pleasant stay experience!

The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the layout is well-proportioned with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the bustling old town. The service here is absolutely on par with a five-star hotel; the staff are polite and enthusiastic, and any requests we had were addressed promptly.
