I've chosen to stay at Atour multiple times, and this particular branch offered a truly excellent overall experience. The front desk staff were very efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they were warm, polite, gentle, and patient during the entire process, proactively informing me about all the hotel's amenities and services. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing much-needed relief after a long day of travel. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities; the 'Zhuju' (bamboo study) allows free reading and borrowing of books, with the added convenience of returning them at a different location. They even offer complimentary late-night snacks, showcasing thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. The hotel's location is also great, making dining and transportation incredibly convenient. Any issues were addressed promptly, making my entire stay very pleasant. From reception service to room maintenance, everything was top-notch, offering great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and short getaways, and I genuinely recommend it.

This hotel definitely lives up to its price! Compared to the surrounding options, the cleanliness and service are undeniably superior. It's also very quiet and well soundproofed. However, I found the room lighting controls a bit inconvenient. You can't just turn on the night light; you have to cycle through all the lighting modes to activate it, which could disturb someone else sleeping. My suggestion would be for the hotel to place the desk lamp on the nightstand, as it would be very handy for getting up in the middle of the night or for new mothers. My second suggestion is for the hotel to install EV charging stations; for such a high-end establishment, not having any feels quite outdated! (But otherwise, the hotel is great 😉, and Sister Xiaoqiang at the front desk provided excellent service! Very impressed~)

I stayed for a week. On the first day, during check-in, they guided me to sign up for an annual membership on Atour's mini-program, which cost over 400 yuan. The benefit they offered was a room upgrade. I have four complaints: 1. Before booking, I communicated a few days in advance that I needed a room with an ethernet port for gaming. On the day of check-in, they gave me a room without internet, and I had to switch rooms, which was quite inconvenient. The worst part was that while I was still naked and showering, before moving to the new room, a staff member opened my door and walked in. I had to shout for them to leave. 2. I hung the 'do not disturb' sign and went out for dinner. When I returned, the room had been fully cleaned, and the bed sheets were made. 3. During my stay, I ordered over a dozen packages. I sent my 10-year-old nephew to pick them up, and the lobby staff made it difficult for him. Besides asking for the room number and the resident's phone number, they also asked for the name of the courier company. Isn't that being overly intrusive? As expected, my nephew was very frustrated and cried because he couldn't get the packages. I'm very unhappy about this. I don't understand how this hotel manages packages, requiring such specific details as the courier company's name? Even when I went down to pick them up myself, one package still went missing. 4. The hotel was undergoing renovations, and I was not informed beforehand. I have two positive points: 1. Breakfast was available every day, and it seemed like all guests could eat there, as the breakfast staff didn't check room numbers. 2. There's a self-service laundry and dryer, which is very economical.
