CitiGO properties in Guangzhou

December 19, 2025, Room 503, 11:03 PM. My delivery arrived, and the courier said they would send it up with the delivery robot. I agreed, but after waiting 13 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. At 11:16 PM, I called the front desk and explained that room 503 needed a robot for a delivery. After the call, it still didn't come, so I went down myself. Your surveillance footage from 11:25 PM will show that everyone at the front desk was laughing and chatting, while my medicine was just sitting on a shelf and the robot was idle right next to it. So what exactly is the point of buying these robots? I'm genuinely curious. When a customer tells you they need something delivered, why don't you do it? You could have just told me it wasn't possible instead of agreeing and then failing to deliver. I find it absolutely ridiculous. What exactly are these night shift staff members doing? Is your company training them just to chat at night? If you have no service awareness, you shouldn't be working in the service industry. I was originally happy to check in and would have gladly left a positive review, but for this kind of service to expect a good review is just crazy.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The rooms have a strong sense of design, and the lobby is very stylish. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options and is available until 12 PM, which is perfect for night owls who want to sleep in and enjoy a late brunch. The staff are very enthusiastic and provide excellent service. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, highly recommended!
