Guangzhou Tianhe District 5-star Hotels

This is my second time staying at Grand Rezen, and I’m happy to come back again. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious and comfortable. I also appreciate that there is a microwave available for guests to use, which is very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Booked an executive room, and it only came with two bottles of water. We drank one on the first day, and to my surprise, housekeeping didn't even replenish them the next day. Unbelievable. The coffee provided was instant Nescafé; they could at least offer drip bags, especially since the mini-fridge was completely empty. The mattress was really comfortable, and the buckwheat pillow suited me perfectly, though I had to wait over half an hour for it.

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive. The room arranged for us was great, and the breakfast was decent too. It's also close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, which makes getting around very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. We specifically chose this location because we knew Guangzhou would be extremely hot during the day, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The hotel is surrounded by several shopping malls, restaurants, and plenty of indoor attractions, making it easy to explore the city while staying comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient and was ideal for our family. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional concierge service. We had quite a few packages delivered during our trip, and the concierge team was always happy to receive them on our behalf and arrange for them to be delivered to our room. Their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The suites were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay after busy days of shopping and sightseeing. Overall, Fraser Suites Guangzhou exceeded our expectations with its fantastic location, comfortable accommodation, and outstanding service. We had a great experience and will definitely be returning the next time we visit Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with smart toilet features. We received complimentary fruit, which was a nice touch. The executive lounge offered a wide variety of food. From the 30th floor, we had a great view of the sports center and stadium. The environment was lovely, and being right next to TeeMall made shopping enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff, especially the 'little brother' (young male staff member), was very helpful. We appreciate being assigned to a quiet floor. The breakfast was rich and satisfying. Very happy with our stay.

This hotel was fantastic! Its proximity to the concert venue was the biggest plus. Right outside, there's a shuttle that takes you directly to the stadium, or you can walk there in just a few minutes. This saved us the hassle of traffic jams and struggling to find a taxi before and after the concert. After the show, there was another shuttle to bring us back, so while others were still queuing, we were already relaxing comfortably. The room was clean and cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Next time I'm in town for a show, I'm definitely staying here again – the location is unbeatable!

This was my second stay here, and overall it was pretty good. The room was quite clean, though the facilities are a bit old, but it is an older hotel after all! The view is nice, and the surrounding area is very convenient with lots of places to eat. It's not far from Guangzhou Restaurant, just a short walk away! Many foreigners stay here, and there's also a decent-sized pool, perfect for kids to swim in, and it's not too crowded either!

My stay at Hilton Tianhe was fantastic! The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful, and all the staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and paid great attention to small details, which made me feel very cared for. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth, and any needs were promptly addressed. You can really feel the hotel's dedication to service; it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!

Traveling with kids and staying at Guangzhou Rosewood Residences was a journey filled with delightful surprises and warmth. A heartfelt thank you to Skylar for the meticulous and thoughtful service. Knowing we were a family traveling together, she helped arrange connecting rooms, which made looking after the children so much easier and was incredibly considerate. She also prepared delicious little desserts that the kids absolutely adored. The rooms were clean and spacious, the residences quiet and upscale, and the service was genuinely human-centric. It was a very comfortable family travel experience, highly recommended!

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town this time was an amazing experience, definitely five stars! The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Zhujiang New Town, within walking distance to Huacheng Square and Gaode Land. It's super convenient to get around with Metro Line 3/5 and the APM line nearby, making it perfect for both business meetings and evening strolls. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and airy, the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the facilities were excellent. The separate wet and dry bathroom was spotless. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including freshly made Cantonese rice noodles, and a full range of Chinese and Western dishes, perfect for fueling up for the day. The hotel also has a gym and a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers, which perfectly met my needs for laundry and fitness during my business trip. Overall, the service was professional and meticulous, and the hardware quality was top-notch. It's my first choice for business travel, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou!
