This was my second stay, and once again, it was a perfect, 'home away from home' experience. I especially want to thank the front desk staff; they thoughtfully organized my stored luggage and placed it in the lobby. Your professional yet warm service is truly the brightest highlight of any journey. The hotel's cleanliness maintained its usual high standard, but it's this human touch and attention to detail that will definitely bring me back for a third visit.

Great hotel to stay at for the Canton Fair. Walking distance probably about 10 minutes to the fair. Also close to the Metro line Pazhou station. Nice clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast mainly Chinese food but during the show they do offer things like fried egg, sausage, bacon and toast for the Western diet. Good coffe from bean to cup machine at breakfast. Comfortable room with enough space and good bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Home Inn is a convenient hotel for anyone who is visiting guanghzou, the hotel is located near to metro station, I also loved the fact that is located not in a crowded area, if you want to immerse in the local culture home inn is definitely a good hotel choice, to reception team are also helpful and welcoming, I will definitely come here for my next trip to guanghzou.

The hotel is located about 200 meters from Tianpingjia metro station exit B (no escalators), exit A across the street has electric escalators. It’s in the middle of a market and the bus station is across the street. Also across the street are restaurants but there are more about 400 meters towards the river. The service and facilities are similar to other Home Inn hotels. Breakfast was provided and good (wonton soup every morning), and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The East railway station is just a couple of metro stops away.

Great location and very clean. It has a real local vibe. I came to Liwan Plaza for sourcing, and it's not far to walk from here. I particularly loved the old-school cheong fun shop I passed on the way, and there were so many delicious food options along the street. On the way to the plaza, I walked through Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, which was very bustling.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, five stars all the way! The room was decorated so warmly and comfortably, with thoughtful details everywhere. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. During our stay, housekeeping was very prompt, and any requests we had were quickly addressed. We were extremely satisfied; the cleaning staff came every day, the facilities were excellent, and the resting environment was superb, especially their service. One evening, we ordered takeout and realized we didn't have spoons. I called the front desk, and a staff member actually brought some up to us, which was wonderful. Eating out nearby was also very convenient. This hotel offers really attentive service, is close to both the subway and bus stops, and the room was clean, tidy, with a comfortable bed and full amenities. The location is also incredibly convenient. We stayed here for several consecutive nights and it offered amazing value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Facilities: Fully equipped, even with robots delivering takeaways right to the room door. Cleanliness: Very clean, you can smell the disinfectant. Service: Very thoughtful. When the room initially smelled like smoke, they actively changed it. The front desk also accommodates requests when assigning rooms.

The lady at the front desk provided great service, and the bedding in the room was quite comfortable. There's self-service laundry on the first floor; you can drop off your clothes when you head out, and they'll even wash them for you, which is very thoughtful. You can just pick them up when you get back. Highly recommend!

After arriving in Guangzhou, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. Its location is truly fantastic, being super close to Guangzhou Zoo and the subway station—literally less than a two-minute walk! This made getting around and sightseeing incredibly convenient. My daughter really loved the doll at the hotel entrance. They provide two washing machines and two dryers, all new and very efficient, drying clothes quickly, which I really appreciated. Plus, there's a coffee area right next to them, making it a comfortable spot to wait while doing laundry. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Our room was spotless, and the bedding was exceptionally white. It was well-equipped with all the essentials and was just the right size—not too big, not too small, perfectly comfortable and functional for our needs. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast items. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

The room was really nice and very clean, making for an overall comfortable stay. The service attitude was absolutely top-notch, truly exceptional. Early last month, I accidentally left some items at the hotel and only realized it after I'd already left. I thought they were gone for good, but someone from the hotel actually contacted us and mailed them back. I'm truly grateful for that...
