Jane's warm greeting made us feel right at home. The hotel paid great attention to every detail, ensuring maximum comfort. Plus, its location is incredibly convenient for both the high-speed train station and the city center!

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team who were incredibly attentive. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a great selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. Thanks to my friend's recommendation, I'll definitely choose Hampton by Hilton Guangzhou Luoxi again on my next trip to Guangzhou.

Overall, a bit disappointed. The room smelled like smoke, and there was hair on the towels, which really grossed me out. The breakfast was decent though.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was spacious and well-designed, and I especially loved the king-sized bed. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby, plus a shopping mall where you can shop and watch movies.

Our Stay at Hampton by Hilton Guangzhou Luoxi Was Absolutely Perfect – Five Stars Without Reservation! We traveled all the way from the Middle East, and we were immediately impressed by the outstanding front desk service upon arrival. Special credit goes to Jeff, the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly warm and professional. He greeted us with a sincere smile and promptly offered to assist with our luggage. During check-in, he patiently recommended nearby dining, entertainment options and transportation routes, and even thoughtfully served us welcome tea—every small detail made us feel right at home. To our delight, we were provided with a spacious non-smoking room, which made our stay even more comfortable and made us feel genuinely valued and respected. What truly touched us was that all the front desk staff speak fluent English, making communication seamless and effortless. Several colleagues also patiently used translation apps to assist us with various requests and kindly helped us book taxis. Their patience and friendliness gave us great peace of mind while traveling abroad. The hotel is extremely foreigner-friendly, with thoughtful and professional service, making it an ideal choice for international guests. During the Canton Fair, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the exhibition center, which is incredibly convenient and greatly saves time for business travelers. There are also complimentary refreshments served in the lobby in the afternoon—delicate and thoughtful, perfect for relaxing and recharging. While enjoying the snacks, Manager Jeff even came over personally to introduce each dish in detail, with a sincere and attentive attitude. The breakfast was also exceptional, featuring a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including Chinese hot dishes, Western pastries, and made-to-order stations. Both the taste and presentation were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The hotel is clean, tidy, cozy and welcoming overall, excelling in service, transportation and dining. We are truly grateful to Manager Jeff and the entire team for their heartfelt service, which made us feel at home even far away from our own country. We couldn’t have made a better choice, and we highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Guangzhou!

Facilities: Very comprehensive, the TV is large and can be rotated. Hygiene: Very clean and sanitary. Environment: The hotel's exterior wall looks great at night, and the rooms are spacious. Service: The hotel service is excellent; the delivery robot brings food to your room. Parking is convenient.

I booked this for a client and overall, it was pretty good. The service and location were decent. My only complaint is that the holiday surcharge is way too high. It's just not worth it then. However, if I need a place to host clients in the area, it's still my top choice.

This hotel's location is fantastic, close to Chimelong and within walking distance of Metro Line 2. There's also a small mall downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk service was attentive; they helped me check in early, which I really appreciate. While there were some minor issues with the room and a slight hiccup when changing rooms, the staff resolved everything promptly. The duvet was a bit thin, but luckily the air conditioning was powerful, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The only downsides were the poor soundproofing – I was woken up by noise from next door in the middle of the night – and the need for more careful replenishment of amenities.

The hotel is surrounded by a very local neighborhood with many residential areas. However, it's conveniently located close to the subway. This hotel is probably the best in this area; I checked other nearby hotels before booking, and most were priced around 200-300. If you prioritize brand recognition, I'd recommend choosing this Hampton by Hilton here, as at least the brand offers reliability. There are plenty of malls and supermarkets, everything you need is available, no complaints there – it's very convenient. It wasn't as noisy as I expected, though there's definitely some traffic, which is typical for a city center. The front desk staff was very polite and even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. The cookies at the bar tasted good. Overall, the room was satisfactory, nothing too exciting. I was particularly pleased with the toiletries – a big brand with a nice scent. The drip coffee at the bar was quite good too. The view was expansive, and the windows were large. Hygiene was not an issue. The hallway was quiet, but I felt the cleaning staff's voices were a bit loud. There was a good variety for breakfast; I highly recommend the Cantonese dim sum, which tasted great. The meat and vegetable dishes in the silver chafing dishes seemed plentiful, but perhaps because people had already taken some, they could use a little more decoration to make them more appealing. We drove an electric car, and the hotel parking lot has charging stations. Remember to park at the North gate; the staff told us that's the only place with charging stations, which was convenient for recharging. Checkout was quick, and we could store our luggage for free. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was incredibly attentive. The front office manager even called and messaged me on WeChat before check-in to confirm everything and sent lots of detailed information about the surrounding area. We booked two suites, and the business suite was super spacious. They even provided disposable bath bags for the tub! The service was consistently excellent throughout our stay, and they even gave little souvenir gifts to the kids when we left. 🥰🥰🥰

The restaurant is amazing! The environment is clean and bright, and the breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options with fresh ingredients. The freshly ground coffee is aromatic. The staff are warm and attentive, replenishing dishes promptly. Xiao Qiao at the front desk provided excellent service. My stay and dining experience here deserve a five-star rating, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Guangzhou!
