Newly renovated hotel with excellent service. It's super convenient, right next to Metro Line 3. They offer laundry service, even washing and drying your clothes and delivering them to your room, which is incredibly thoughtful. Plus, they have a robot that delivers takeout!

The hotel is pretty good. Facilities: Good, but the toilet isn't properly fixed and wobbles. I told the staff, and they said all of them are like that. I recommend having a maintenance technician check them all. Hygiene: Good Environment: Good Service: Good I booked two nights, and on the second night, I was woken up by room 2621. Four people were drinking and chatting very loudly around 2 AM. I called the front desk to check it out, and it quieted down after about 3 AM. You can imagine the quality of my sleep after that. I don't understand how four people who seemed to be drinking were checked into one room. Didn't the staff consider that we next door would be disturbed? I'm really very unhappy about this. Double Afternoon Tea Buffet: Average, and the space is already small with poor management. Some families with kids probably finished their tea and just occupied the seats for their kids to do homework. Speechless. Exclusive Double [Lian Coffee] Special Coffee Drink: Very diluted. Breakfast: Average, it doesn't meet the standard for the price. The fruit 🍉 was very bad.
