公寓大樓一樓有密碼鎖, 入住時需先聯絡房東來接, 大樓3部電梯, 中間那部有些晃。高樓層房間寬敞窗景佳, 有大螢幕電視多頻道選擇；部分硬體(尤其木質的)有些老舊破損, 淋浴間的門無法關緊會有些水灑出, 但這些都不影響使用。房門是密碼鎖, 但不太隔音, 能聽到門外走廊人聲, 還有一晚某住房幾個男房客吆喝吵到後半夜。住長天數加上夏天易流汗, 住宿有洗衣機(含洗衣液)是一大亮點, 可能是有冷氣的關係, 衣服居然一天就能乾！有需求跟房東多要了些衣架, 唯曬衣夾需自備。有住房問題或需要都能透過微信跟房東溝通, 只是不一定都能解決。清潔阿姨親切有禮, 每天都會敲門問是否需打掃並補給水和衛生用品。

來廣州出差隨便在珠江新城訂了個公寓，按導航打車過來然後聯繫了公寓，就有工作人員過來接待我辦理入住，非常熱情，而且還幫我免費升級了房型，房間比較新，設施齊全也很新，特別是房間非常乾淨整潔，採光也非常好，有很大落地飄窗，附近也有很多美食。下次還會選擇這家公寓！[微笑][微笑][微笑][微笑][微笑]

衞生和設施不是很好，但地段不錯，感覺櫃子也是沒咋擦，浴巾上也有消毒水的味道，如果確實有事需要地段需求的或者衹求高性價比不求高質量的可以入住！

來看眼睛，離眼科中心近，走路就到，對於看病的人，不趕路最友好的，樓下吃得很多，雖然房間有些設施陳舊，但乾淨，我提了很多要求，老闆是一一滿足，在中心城區能住上這種性價比高的房間心情不錯哦！連續住了十幾晚，還有點優惠，謝謝老闆
