The room was spacious. Even though it's at the airport, the surrounding area is very convenient with plenty of food options. It's a hotel cluster. Breakfast was also quite rich, and the staff's service attitude was excellent. I will stay here again next time.

The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a restful sleep. The room facilities were complete and functional; both the bathroom and office amenities were well-equipped. The staff provided attentive and efficient service; check-in and check-out were quick, and they responded promptly to any issues. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money, with convenient transportation, excellent service, and top-notch hygiene and facilities. I will definitely choose to stay at Mercure again next time I pass through Baiyun Airport. I highly recommend it to business travelers catching flights.

The hotel facilities are new and modern. The room rate includes supper and dinner, which makes the price-performance ratio really high. The location is a bit further out than Novotel, but still acceptable. However, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, and you can often hear planes, which is a little noisy.
