Very clean and helpful.
Nice and comfortable hotel and is very convenient.
Good location because is convenient and surrounded by many restaurant and shopping mall.
Hotel staff is very nice and gave us some welcome packs and gift.

Good location at corner of a street. plenty of food option and shopping and metro nearby within walking distance. was there for tradeshow, free shuttle bus and good spread of snacks at lobby when return from tradeshow. very good service from trade fair team, 66,77,88, friendly, helpful and care for guest. they also provide fruit plate when they turn down room and late night supper. good for biz and holiday travellers. will stay there again

This is a great hotel for a city trip to Guangzhou. The location is good and there are many shopping malls and small restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff spoke a little English but if not they were very helpful with translation apps. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The air conditioner was powerful but very quiet at the same time. I could sleep well. The laundry room was also a big plus! The room had also a very pleasant scent and now my suitcase smells so fresh! Breakfast had many options! I liked the tofu with all the different toppings.
I recommend this Atour branch and would stay again.

The rooms are clean and well equipped, breakfast well balanced with lots of healthy options, there is free congee at night, modern clean free laundry room and a gym. Location is also excellent.
But it was the service team that’s gone above beyond their call of duty. The team gets 100. Had to go to hospital during unfortunate illness and they sent a team member, JP Huang to accompany us and navigate through the Chinese public hospital which turned out to be very efficient process yielding effective treatment at an incredibly affordable price.

Overall hotel was good.
Environment and cleanliness of the hotel were great.
Good location with alot of restaurant nearby and near to metro station.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Able to early check in even reach earlier.
Definitely will come again for stay.

I am very impressed by the wonderful services of Atour hotel’s staff and the management. They are very friendly and try their best to help guests to solve problems and answer queries. My friend and I are 100% satisfied with our stay.

Great hotel with multiple amenities, including free washing+drying machine (but you have to get in line and take the clothes out on the second it’s ready or another user will take it out and put it in a laundry bag). Breakfast is good and free congee at night is available, with some dimsum options. Dimsum does not refill as there’s only 2 trays of it so go early. No English is spoken so you need to google translate. The receptionist though are very nice and helpful. No bed bugs or mosquitoes in our room when we visited 11/5/2025.
Some of the rooms either had heavy smoke smell (it’s china, people like to smoke wherever they like) or there’s already damage to some of the walls, so ask to change rooms or they’ll charge you for something you didn’t do. The big drawback though was we didn’t have any hand wash soap at the sink so we had to use body wash soap.
