Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Guangzhou and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing to assist with a warm smile. I would especially like to commend the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly attentive, approachable, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. I was also impressed by the hotel's convenient location, quality facilities, and excellent breakfast selection. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.

Hotel staff is extremely patient, helpful and approachable. Checking in was a breeze. Special mention to Lucy (彩玲) who helped us through check in and giving us help & suggestions after knowing it's our 1st visit to GZ. Room is clean, neat and comfortable. Very accessible to everywhere from train station to mall to the walking street. Bustling area but room is quiet. Had a plant stay here. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a 4-star hotel, and while the facilities are fairly moderate and the rooms are not particularly large, the outstanding service more than makes up for it. Every staff member was exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive. No matter what I requested, the team responded quickly and did their best to assist. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the space was somewhat limited, it was sufficient for a pleasant stay. What really sets this hotel apart is its people. The level of service here is easily comparable to, or even better than, many 5-star hotels I have visited. A sincere thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent customer service.
