I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding — every staff member was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I especially want to recommend Hannah from customer service — she was incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. Stayed for 5 days at this hotel and I really had a wonderful experience. Pros - convenient location. near Xiaobei metro exit B, near halal restaurants - staffs are very friendly, helpful - room will be cleaned everyday, got free water daily - room is very warm, got bidet too - hotel located right beside a flyover highway (when raining, you can still wait for taxi/didi outside the hotel) - available self service washing machine, steam iron Cons - you will hear loud honking even late at night or early morning (im at 11th floor but still hear the noise)
