Best to stay with cheapest price with best location and cleanliness. Just near metro station. Love it

The room was very spacious and indeed clean and hygienic, making for a comfortable stay. The subway station is nearby, and there are good dining options and a night market in the vicinity, which is very convenient. The owner and customer service staff were also excellent, enthusiastic, and tried their best to help resolve any issues. However, since I stayed for quite a while, the only minor drawback was that the kitchen facilities weren't fully equipped. There were no plates, chopsticks, or soup bowls, so I couldn't cook anything. Also, precisely because the subway station is so close, there was some noise until about midnight. But overall, I still highly recommend it; it offers great value for money. I had a happy stay.

It was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. There's also a washing machine and hangers available. For those concerned about hygiene, they even provide disposable towels and toilet seat covers. The facilities are very comprehensive, and the owner is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

It's a bit small, but has everything you need and is very close to the subway station.

I stayed at Guangzhou Boman Apartment near Jiaokou Station. While the location is convenient and the host was kind enough to personally pick us up around midnight when the driver couldn’t find the place — which we really appreciated — the overall stay was below expectations. Was allocated the upper floor of a modified unit and hence have to carry 2x big luggages up a flight of stairs. Ceiling was extremely low ＜2m from floor. Toilet is rectangle in dimension with width around 800mm so u can imagine how difficult it is to bathe properly. Water will slip out of the sliding door and u have to clear water with towel after every bathe. Location is convenient but have to cross a bridge to reach a MRT station which is -200m from the apartment. But do note that this station is at the end of Line 5 (red) of the Guangzhou metro. Overall, while the host’s kindness stood out and the location is good, the maintenance, and comfort level could be improved to provide a better guest experience.

The apartment is very clean and spacious, the bed is very comfortable. The staff and the boss are very friendly, they helped me with my suitcases (I had a lot) and were very attentive the whole time! The metro station is nearby and you have a Domino's Pizza and Starbucks just round the corner 😊😊😊

Staying here was such great value for money! The room was spotless, and the service was so warm and helpful, even assisting with my luggage. Those little touches were really thoughtful, and it was convenient for getting around too. Highly recommend!

Came here for a business trip, and a colleague recommended this place. Overall, I'm very satisfied, no disappointments. It's clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was really well-managed, with a great environment and excellent hygiene. The owner was also very kind and welcoming. Plus, there are lots of good restaurants nearby and it's super convenient as it's close to the subway.

We booked a single unit with 2 bedrooms and ended up getting 2 separate units. Made it difficult for bedtime with the little ones.  Close to a metro station however it is at the end of a line so almost requires a transfer to get to places.

Clean, very quiet, they provide almost all what you need. It's an integrated apartment that had all the stuff I needed, including washing machine. Their ceiling is not very high. But it's very cozy.
