Iam European stayed in GZ in this hotel . Came for fair. I feel the value of the service is very high compared to cost. So I recommend . My room was great . Service very nice . Amenities great such as free coffee , drinks and snacks everyday in lobby .

I stayed at CityNote Hotel Guangzhou and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-designed, making my stay comfortable from the moment I checked in. The room was bright, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged, which made it easy to relax after a full day in the city.

Very new hotel on the river. Rooms are big, and since it's a new hotel, everything in the room in very new, clean and works. I did find 2 idiosyncracies that I think most Westerners will find 1) The air conditioner has a hidden "on" switch that you must press (see picture) Oddly you can press all the other buttons and it looks like it is on from the display but it will do nothing until you press the hidden "on" switch. 2) There is no flush on the toilet, you wave your goot on the front/right side (see picture) Hope this helps!

This was my first time staying at Hino S Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service – truly commendable. The parking staff were highly professional and skilled at guiding vehicles, and upon checking out and retrieving our car, they even reminded us to ask the front desk for our complimentary parking voucher. The hotel lobby was spotless, featuring tastefully arranged floral displays that immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed upon entry. The front desk staff provided a gracious and professional reception, while the housekeeping team offered excellent service with gentle voices and warm smiles. Our room was immaculate. A definite highlight is the hotel's location directly opposite the Pearl River, making boat tours incredibly convenient. It's truly rare to find a hotel offering such great value for money and exceptional service in Guangzhou. Highly recommended! I sincerely hope they maintain their excellent standards.

The main lobby is located on an upper floor, and the ground floor area feels a bit like wasted space – it could easily house a small reception desk. The hotel is quite well-decorated; for a business hotel, it’s exceptionally appointed. Cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive, providing everything one would expect. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. It wasn't that the variety was too limited, but it just felt a bit low-end. For example, beverages were often sparsely available and not adequately refilled, giving the impression that something was missing. While it did offer standard Lingnan breakfast items like noodle soup, Cantonese dim sum, cakes, fruits, cold dishes, and hot dishes, the cups and tissues were of the basic, single-use type, feeling rather simple.

Generally it was a good stay! Very clean room with nice city view. There were a lot of eateries and shops as well!

My stay this time was absolutely fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again if I'm traveling solo next time. First off, the hotel front desk kindly upgraded my room to a larger river-view room, free of charge. The room itself was spacious, clean, and decorated in the minimalist style I love, with no strange odors. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, had the best and most practical design I've encountered in any hotel. The shower offered excellent water pressure, and hot water was instantly available. The hotel's location right by the Pearl River is perfect. In the evenings or mornings, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll downstairs, taking in the beautiful river views. The only minor drawbacks are that the hotel is a bit far from the subway station – about a 20-minute walk, or 5-10 minutes by bike. Taxis are also an option. Additionally, the soundproofing wasn't exceptional; I could hear people walking by or doors closing outside the room. However, this seems to be a common issue in most hotels.

This is my first time to stay here,they got cool art light in the first floor before you take the escalator and the hotel is very clean and big room, KFC in the next door but i have tried the chinese restaurant in the another side from hotel.it’s very delicious food,i saw alot of local old people come this restaurant.

The hotel was nice and in a good location! Right in front is the river which is very nice! They upgraded us for free. There are restaurants under the hotel and great for walking around. It’s big and clean with everything one needs! The bed is comfortable and big.

Overall was good. The front staffs are very kind and helpful. From the hotel you can have the best night view of River….
