The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious, and brightly lit, creating a cozy atmosphere. There are many great restaurants nearby, and the seafood market is just around the corner, which is incredibly convenient. The subway station is right outside, and Shamian Island is only a few minutes' walk away, making it super convenient with a great environment, haha. The service was also exceptionally good. I come here often!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. As someone who travels frequently for business, this stay truly redefined my impression of Guangzhou. I always thought Guangzhou might be too crowded, but this hotel is exceptionally well-organized. All the staff who interact with foreign guests speak excellent English, and they really make you feel at home. The service is incredibly attentive to detail. Had a fantastic experience at the Arcs Hotel. It was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and any requests were handled promptly. The location is superb, close to Huangsha subway station, and within walking distance to Shamian Island and Yongqingfang, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The overall environment was comfortable and quiet, the facilities were new, and it offered great value for money. It was a reassuring stay for a family with children. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Guangzhou's Liwan district – I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

This hotel is super close to the subway station – you're practically there as soon as you exit! It's also only about 300-400 meters from Shamian Island. The facilities are comprehensive; you can do laundry and drying. The front desk staff are very welcoming. They offer a self-service afternoon tea and late-night snacks, plus a self-serve freshly ground coffee machine. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and they even provide alcohol wipes for the toilet seats. Highly recommended!
